Summary: This is an older book written in 1954 by Eager, in which four children discover a talisman which can makes wishes true, but only half so. As a result, unfortunate events occur. The four children, Jane, Mark, Katharine, and Martha were looking forward to an ordinary summer until they discovered the magic coin. They try to fix the coin's half-powers by using double-wishes, but that does not always do what it's expected.
My son was quite entertained by this book.
