Summary: The fifth grade students run a weekly radio program "kidsview" sponsored by a local pet shop. Mayhem breaks out when a new teacher arrives and starts giving them extra homework, for which they have the brilliant idea of using the radio show to get the answers to, through a contest. The biggest bully in the school also starts to like the show, and things get out of control.
